Key Responsibilities:
-
Promote and sell the equipment and services from Electroglobal’s portfolio in the industrial sector;

Develop and manage the customer portfolio in the assigned area (B2B);
-
Prospect the market, identify new sales opportunities and business partnerships;
-
Monitor the market, competitors, and industry trends;
-
Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on commercial offers;
-
Achieve monthly sales targets and report results to management;
-
Collaborate closely with the purchasing, quotation, logistics, and technical support teams to meet customer needs;
-
Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide specialized technical consulting;
-
Track sales until receivables are collected.
Requirements:
-
University degree in a technical field or strong knowledge of the electrical equipment market;
-
Relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in electrical or industrial-technical equipment;
-
Excellent commercial, interpersonal, organizational, strategic, and negotiation skills;
-
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience;
-
Results-oriented, autonomous, dynamic, with analytical and reporting skills;
-
Availability for business travel up to 70% of working time;
-
Valid driving license, category B.
Nice-to-have:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or Mechanics;

Previous participation in professional development initiatives (sales and communication courses), either independently or within a company;

Prior experience using a CRM system;

Knowledge of the industrial customer market in the allocated region;

Intermediate level of English (written, spoken, read).
