Who Has Access to Personal Data

Some of the data collected will be transferred to a third party for:

  • Shipping Products to Customers: In this case, we transfer your contact details to courier companies such as X Curier, Transilvania Post, Urgent Cargus, Fan Courier, DHL, TNT, or other transport companies, shipping houses that deliver orders on our behalf.
  • Sending Advertising Messages: To efficiently send these, we use the email marketing platform Mailchimp – The Rocket Science Group LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Mailchimp is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield and complies with the EU Regulation 679/2016.

These third parties have contractually committed to providing adequate guarantees for your personal data, meaning that the data will be protected in accordance with EU legal requirements.

Additionally, Electroglobal may provide your personal data to other companies with which it has partnership relationships, but only under a confidentiality commitment from them, ensuring that these data are kept secure and that the provision of this personal information is done in accordance with applicable laws, as follows: marketing service providers, courier services, telemarketing or other services, other companies with which we can develop joint market programs for our products and services, insurers.

Your personal data may also be provided to the Prosecutor’s Office, Police, Courts, and other state authorities, based on and within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.

Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

  • Right of Access means that you have the right to obtain a confirmation from ELECTROGLOBAL about whether or not your data is being processed, and if so, to access that data and information about how it is processed.
