Responsibilities:

  • Attract new clients and develop existing client relationships in the field of automation technology in Romania;
  • Acquire and lead technical sales projects in the field of electromechanics and automation systems;
  • Provide consultancy to clients, including preparing technical solution proposals and overseeing the entire bidding process;
  • Prepare offers to address the specified tasks, including independently tracking them until order completion;
  • Continuously observe and evaluate new technologies and market trends to identify suitable solutions from Lenze’s entire product range;
  • Collaborate with support departments such as internal technical services or application engineering;
  • Travel across the country to meet with clients and potential clients;
  • Update information and continuously improve knowledge in the field of drives and automation;
  • Understand and have a detailed knowledge of Lenze products and their applicable uses;
  • Availability for protocol events.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed higher technical education, preferably with a focus on production or process automation, electric machines, or electrical engineering;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the technical sales of systems and solutions in the field of drive technology;
  • Relevant professional experience in technical sales, as well as knowledge gained from digitization/Industry 4.0 projects;
  • Experience in project management, sales knowledge, and interest in B2B sales;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Advanced English knowledge;
  • Possession of a category B driver’s license.
