This includes identifying signs of wear and operational behaviors that contribute to the wear of the drive-motor assembly and mechanical transmission. The service includes diagnostics using official ABB tools and the preparation of a technical report.

Remote technical support services for monitoring, diagnostics, configuration, and parameter adjustments, performed without process interruption where possible.

On-site intervention services for troubleshooting, technical checks, repairs, component replacement, and assistance for restarting operations in the shortest possible time.

Services for the replacement of standard components such as: fans, control modules, filters, cables, terminals, auxiliary power supplies, and other elements with a limited life cycle.

Services for the replacement of critical components such as: IGBT modules, DC-Link capacitors, thyristors, control modules, etc., available only to official ABB certified partners.

Repair services performed directly at the client’s location in accordance with ABB standards. Repair services conducted in Electroglobal’s technical workshop, utilizing a test bench and procedures compliant with ABB standards.

Services for registering drives in the ABB Drive Installed Base to track equipment status, intervention history, maintenance kit recommendations, and upgrade or replacement suggestions.

Periodic scheduling of inspections aligned with the equipment life cycle. This includes cleaning, electrical, thermal, and functional checks, as well as an evaluation of future risks.

Services for the implementation of cyclical maintenance kits. These kits are recommended after a specific number of operating years, in accordance with the manuals and instructions of the manufacturer, ABB.

Services for replacing legacy equipment with new-generation equipment. “Conventional” retrofit refers to the complete replacement of the aging unit with a compatible, modern equivalent.

Services for the implementation of specialized retrofits, involving the conversion of legacy product ranges (ACS600 / ACS800) by retaining the existing mechanical infrastructure (cabinet, busbars, links, power connections, and cables) and replacing the power and control electronics with new-generation ACS880 technology.

This type of retrofit provides the warranty of the new ACS880r (ACS Retro-fit) product. Unlike conventional retrofitting, this specialized service reduces downtime and integration costs by at least 30%.
