{"id":3513,"date":"2024-07-24T10:10:11","date_gmt":"2024-07-24T08:10:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.electroglobal.ro\/proiecte\/masa-rotativa\/"},"modified":"2024-09-05T10:41:07","modified_gmt":"2024-09-05T08:41:07","slug":"masa-rotativa","status":"publish","type":"wbg_projects","link":"https:\/\/www.electroglobal.ro\/en\/proiecte\/masa-rotativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Rotary table for automated pallet assembly"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6>Project Purpose<\/h6>\n<p>Design and execution of a rotary table for assembling wooden pallets.<\/p>\n<h6>Project Description<\/h6>\n<p>The project requirements were as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0-180 degrees of table rotation<\/li>\n<li>Approximate weight of the assembly, including pallets: 100 kg (maximum)<\/li>\n<li>Gearmotor with encoder + brake<\/li>\n<li>Rotation time: 5 seconds\/rotation for 180 degrees<\/li>\n<li>Controlled by PLC<\/li>\n<li>Use of a frequency converter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"> Following the configurations, our colleagues developed the following configuration:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gearmotor: 1 x G500-B450<\/li>\n<li>Motor: 1 x M550-P80\/M4<\/li>\n<li>Converter: 1 x I950-C0.75\/400-3<\/li>\n<li>Electromechanical Brake: 1 x Spring-applied brake 08 \/ 8.00 Nm<\/li>\n<li>Feedback: 1 x Incremental encoder IG1024-5V-T<\/li>\n<li>Brake Resistor: 1 x ERBM390R100W<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Due to the shape of the table, the moment of inertia will influence the power required for the gearmotor to rotate the table.
